While former prime minister  Raila Odinga and his followers were busy issuing empty threats to president UHURU KENYATTA government in the name of a ''better living'' promises that are perpetuated by the west through brain drained local sycophants of the west,Dennis Itumbi the director digital and diaspora had this to tell the patriot and hardworking  Kenyans ................   There is one thing I have never doubted, Jubilee will only take the campaign platform to ask for another term based on how well the current governance meet campaign pledges.
I also believe that we voted Jubilee and gave Jubilee a five year deadline to make good the promises.
The next general election we will vote again - for Jubilee, if the promises are convincingly, reasonably and credibly met (at least largely) and for Cord or any other party depending on the promises they offer.
In other words, I agree that we in the Jubilee Government must meet our part of the bargain but that will only be measured in the fullness of the term granted by the Kenyan voter.
Jubilee campaign in 2017 will be a powerpoint presentation. Other parties campaign will be flamboyance, oratory and a set of pledges (often a better advantage in a campaign)
We who voted Jubilee and play our small roles in meeting the pledge will keep the promise and make it hard for the best orator- if any, to be credible in opposition.
We will for sure score high am convinced, the current criticism and sometimes noise is noted, but we know our judgement is in the fullness of the Constitutional term.
Lots of ground covered and the petals of the hard work can only blossom - I know those who look beyond face value know that for sure.
Of course there are challenges like security being handled comprehensively, unemployment being addressed via creative economic innovations and trade diplomacy - the fruits will for sure ripen soon and of course a set of people who are permanently stuck in the past- that too is being handled.
We will not cork champagne bottles or shout for every thing we achieve, we have a big picture, which we will unveil at the completion of the mandate granted by the Kenyan voter.
That is why I have no issues with the opposition doing all it can to achieve the mandate of opposition handed to them by the Kenyan voter on the same day. Let the be.
I am very confident, we are on track.
